If you received an email from Ceja Solutions and weren't expecting it, here's how it happened — and how to make sure it doesn't happen again.
Ceja Solutions LLC is a small Arizona business that helps business owners organize how their business runs and automate the repetitive work. You can learn more on our home page.
We contact businesses we think could benefit from what we do. We found your business through public sources — such as business listings on maps and directories, and your company's own website — and thought our work might be relevant to you.
We only email business addresses, and only about business. We don't buy personal email lists.
Either of these works, and takes effect immediately:
Removal is permanent. We add your address to our do-not-contact list, which every tool we use for outreach checks before sending, so you won't hear from us again.
Only basic business contact details: your name, business email, company name, and publicly available information about your business. If you ask to be removed, we keep only your email address on our do-not-contact list — so we can keep honoring your request.
Our website has live demos. If someone typed your address into them, you may have gotten an email marked [Demo], at most one per demo per day. They're samples, not marketing, and nothing else follows from them.
To stop them, use the "Report it here" link in any of those emails. One report blocks every demo from emailing your address again. You can also email privacy@cejasolution.com and we'll remove your address by hand.
