Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 14, 2026

Ceja Solutions LLC ("Ceja Solutions," "we," "us") is an Arizona business that helps small businesses organize and automate how they run. This policy explains what information we collect through cejasolution.com and our emails, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.

The short version: we collect only what we need to talk with you and do the work you ask for. We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising trackers on this site.

1. Information you give us

You choose what to share when you:

  • Book a call — your name, email, and anything you add in the booking form (handled by Google Calendar).
  • Ask us to reach out — your name, email, phone number, and a short note about what you need. By submitting this form, you agree that we may call or text you at that number about your request.
  • Sign up for our newsletter — your email address and, if you provide it, your name.
  • Use our live demos — your name, email address, and the choices you make in the demo. We use them to send you one sample email of that demo. Each demo sends at most one sample per address per day, and nothing else follows from it unless you also check the newsletter box.
  • Email or message us — whatever you include in your message.

2. Information collected automatically

  • Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
  • Form records. When you submit a form, we record the date and time, the page you used, and your IP address with it, so we have a record of what you asked for and agreed to.
  • Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) to run and secure the site.
  • Fonts and code libraries. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and code from unpkg.com. When your browser fetches these, those providers receive your IP address, the same as for any website that uses them.

3. Business contact information from public sources

We reach out to businesses we believe could benefit from our services. To do that, we collect business contact details — such as a name, work email address, company name, and public business information — from publicly available sources like business listings and company websites, sometimes with the help of data providers.

Every outreach email we send identifies us, includes a way to stop hearing from us, and links to a page explaining how we found you. If you ask us to stop, we will.

4. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Respond to you and schedule or hold the calls you request
  • Run the demos you ask for and send you the sample
  • Send our newsletter, if you signed up for it
  • Contact businesses about services that may help them, as described in Section 3
  • Keep records of our conversations and work with clients
  • Keep the site working, secure, and useful
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-site advertising.

5. Who helps us process information

We use trusted service providers to run our business. They process information on our behalf, only for the purposes above, and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes:

Want to know the specific companies we use? Email privacy@cejasolution.com and we'll tell you.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.

6. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set its own cookies, and it does not use advertising or tracking pixels.

The booking calendar on our Book, Contact, and Get Started pages is provided by Google. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies to make the calendar work, under Google's Privacy Policy.

Do Not Track: because we don't track visitors across websites, our site works the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.

If we ever add tools that use cookies for tracking or advertising, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

7. Your choices

  • Newsletter: click "unsubscribe" in any newsletter email.
  • Outreach emails: use the unsubscribe link in the email, or simply reply and tell us to stop.
  • Text messages: we only text you about a request you made, for example to find a time to talk if we miss your call. We don't send marketing texts. Reply STOP to any text and we'll stop.
  • Demo samples: use the "Report it here" link in any sample email, and our demos will never email that address again.
  • Anything else: email privacy@cejasolution.com.

When you opt out, we add your email address to a do-not-contact list so you are not contacted again. That list keeps only what's needed to honor your request.

8. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have about you
  • Correct information that's wrong
  • Delete your information
  • Stop contacting you

Email privacy@cejasolution.com. We'll respond within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first. We won't treat you differently for making a request.

9. How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above — for example, newsletter details until you unsubscribe, records of demo emails we sent for 30 days, and client records for as long as the law or our agreements require. Do-not-contact entries are kept so we can keep honoring your request.

10. How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls, two-factor authentication, and providers with strong security practices. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses. This site is not intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

12. Where information is processed

We are based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed and stored in the United States.

13. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top. For significant changes, we'll also note it on our website or let you know by email if we have your address.
